Hello!
Welcome to Camp Matollionequay. We are very excited you will be here this summer! We are going to have so much fun!
Whether this will be your first time at camp, or you will be here for another summer, we cannot wait for you to get here!
You might be thinking, what can I expect while I am at camp this summer? Here are a few things that you need to know…
The most important thing is, we want YOU to be yourself. YOU are what makes up the spirit of Matollionequay. There is only one YOU and we are here to celebrate your unique qualities.
There are going to be times when you’ll need to take a deep breath and be brave. Whether it’s trying something new or stepping out of your comfort zone – YOU can do this! YOU’ve got this! We are here for YOU!
On the first day you arrive, you will find out what village you are in and who your cabin counselor is going to be. You will also pick your bunk bed and meet all of your cabin mates. We will play lots of games and help you meet other campers. Dinner will be our first meal, and you are going to love the food!
Throughout your time here, you’ll get to participate in many exciting activities. From swimming and boating in the lake, expressing your creative side in arts and crafts, challenging yourself to new heights on our Challenge Course, connecting with nature, learning how to cook or hitting the archery range, there is something for everyone. Don’t forget – we also have our musical lunches, special event days, evening activities and s’mores around the campfire!
You will have the chance to meet some extraordinary people and develop friendships that will stay in your heart forever. At Camp Matollionequay, community and values are important. We strive for Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, Courage and Inclusion.
