BOLD & GOLD

Outdoor Leadership Development

Ages 11-17

BOLD & GOLD offers the opportunity for youth to develop leadership skills in a diverse group of peers.  While hiking or canoeing through the wilderness and overcoming challenges together, youth have the opportunity to develop courage, confidence, emotional intelligence, community awareness, and a sense of wonder – all necessary skills for success in school and in their communities.

We offer both single gender and all gender trips that visit some of the most beautiful parks in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.  Most of our current BOLD & GOLD trips are six to seven days long, with all nights spent in tents.

Rangers

Friendship, Challenge, and Adventure!

Ages 14- 16

The Rangers Wilderness Trip is a capstone of Camp Ockanickon and Camp Matollionequay. The entire experience is two weeks long.  Campers spend the first and last couple of days at camp, and nine days out on the trail.  They backpack on a spectacular section of the Appalachian Trail and canoe down the peaceful waters of the Delaware River.
