YMCA of the Pines is hosting a virtual informational session about our BOLD & GOLD (Boys & Girls Outdoor Leadership) wilderness trip program and we hope you can attend! You’ll get to learn about this impactful program from Carol Yard, the Wilderness Programs Director, and also have a chance to interact and ask questions.
If you haven’t yet heard, BOLD & GOLD is our Boys & Girls Outdoor Leadership Development program. We use wilderness adventures and intentional curriculum in small groups of diverse youth to develop confidence, courage, emotional intelligence, community awareness, and a sense of wonder for our natural surroundings. For the Summer of 2021, we are offering these trips in the South Jersey Pine Barrens for ages 11-15.
