This week we brought our apple cider press out of storage in preparation for our Fall line-up. Later this week, about 25 students from Chairville Elementary in Medford will join us for the first of many trips in a new partnership with the Chairville Outdoor club. Their first visit this year will be a wonderful afternoon learning about the history of cidering in New Jersey. Each student will get to bring home their very own fresh made apple cider!
