This weeks Learn to Cook aspiring Chefs got their hands really messy!!
Homemade pizza crust was the order of the day and let me tell you, the results were delicious!
Each of our students measured, mixed, kneaded and rolled their own 10″ pizza crust… sauced it, cheesed it and topped it. Chef Nick and I baked the pizzas and we all sat down and enjoyed the fruits of our labor.
Next week will be the final class of this Learn to Cook session and we left it up to the students to choose what we will cook next Friday. The decision was unanimous… COOKIES!!
Personally, I can’t wait for that lesson!! I certainly do love cookies!
