Teen Leadership Trips: Experience The Challenge and Adventure!
“The Outdoor Leadership program taught me to push myself past my limits and exceed my expectations!”
- 15-year-old BOLD & GOLD participant
BOLD & GOLD Programs offer a nationally recognized curriculum through the Y. It’s for campers who are ready to take on the challenge of an exciting wilderness adventure, to make new friends and to have fun in a dynamic and safe environment. The trips are led by our experienced BOLD & GOLD instructors who hold certifications in Wilderness First Aid, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and Lifeguarding. We offer a one-week hiking trip, Trailblazers, which is suitable for beginners and serves as an introduction and primer for our two-week hiking and canoeing capstone trip.
