Cool Summer Chicken Salad

Hey everyone!! Here's a great summer salad served cold to beat the heat in the kitchen during the summer... sort of... you still need to cook the chicken but this can be made ahead of time. As we begin Session 2 here at Matolly the water at Squaw Lake is clearer and warmer than ever thanks in large to our maintenance man Jamie for clearing our white section and spraying the bladderwort. The waterfront staff have a new look this summer with Marlana our director for the last 3 summers concentrating her energy of being Program Director. We have 6 new lifeguards from England, Scotland and Northern Ireland as well as some familiar faces in Laura and Ailsa and even though I doubt that most of them don't share their swimming pools back home with fish, [...]

You might not have caught it, but George Washington made his crossing across Lake Stockwell this morning right before leading the Ockanickon boys over to the bowl to raise the flag. Today will be full of Independence Day themed ativities here at camp. Also, congratulations to the Ocky, Matolly, and Stockwell CIT's who did a remarkable job last night at the Medford Fireworks Celebration over at Freedom Park.
