The Window A great note for all to read it will take just 37 seconds to read this  and change your thinking. Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room.  One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs. His bed was next to the room’s only window. The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back. The men talked for  hours on end. They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military [...]

This weekend the University of Pennsylvania brought out their Greek community's leaders to camp for a teambuilding and bonding experience. The newly elected fraternity and sorority presidents and executive leaders spent the weekend discussing their new roles within their community. Rich Rupert and I spent Saturday morning with the students at the challenge course working on creating an environment where the Greek community is synonymous with teamwork, problem-solving, and cooperation. Good luck to all of the student at the University of Pennsylvania this year!

There are three ways of trying to win the young. There is persuasion, there is compulsion, and there is attraction. You can preach at them; that is a hook without a worm. You can say, "you must volunteer." That is the devil. And you can tell them, "you are needed," which hardly ever fails. - Kurt Hahn
