Rich and I spent yesterday getting our hands dirty in the kitchen preparing for our next installment of the Chairville Outdoors Club! Tomorrow, 25 students from Chairville Elementary will join us in the dining hall to prepare three unique dishes from the colonial era. On the menu for tomorrow:
