The Ocky and Matolly CIT’s left Camp early this morning to visit the Fairview Lake YMCA Camp in northwestern NJ. They are meeting with their counterpart CIT’s from Fairview to share what they have been learning over the past few weeks and learn how another Camp operates. It’s very exciting for them to visit a different Camp and I’m sure they will be returning tomorrow morning with lots of new ideas that they will want to implement. This is a great opportunity for our CIT’s to collaborate with their peers. I’m sure both Camp’s CIT’s will learn a lot from one another. Hopefully, many members of the CIT class of 2011 will be around as staff members for many years to come! Good luck, CIT’s!
